Returns Policy

We really hope that you are totally delighted with your purchase from Prima Rosa. When you buy goods from us, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or described incorrectly. Please contact us in the first instance so that we can do our best to help - our aim is to always have happy customers!

In addition to your own legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please use the 'contact us' form in the first instance to inform us that you wish to return your item. You will need to return the unused goods to us within 28 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

There are some conditions to this policy:

  • You must have purchased the goods from Prima Rosa
  • We have received the goods back within 28 days of purchase
  • You will be required to pay return postage.  We will reimburse you for postage paid at time of purchase if the goods are damaged/faulty. If you have changed your mind about your purchase we will not refund any postage costs.
  • Goods need to be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

It is important to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return a parcel to us. If a returned parcel goes missing we will require this proof prior to issuing a refund.
